Each tour operator has different rules. Groups traveling with WestJet Vacations are allowed one piece of checked luggage and one piece of carry on per person free of charge for all sun destinations.

Checking in / at the airport

We recommend you be at the airport 2 - 3 hours before your departure time
What is required: Just your passport, your ticketing is digital meaning no physical tickets are required.

Immunizations:

We recommend that you consult with your Family Doctor or a specialist travel clinic as soon as possible to make sure you're protected.

Airport Transfers:

Each destination uses a different local provider for these, information will be sent prior to travel

Checking into the Resort:

Like the airport, your booking is digital. The check in staff will be looking for identification and also a credit card to have on file for any incidentals

Most medium - Large size resorts will have tour operator desks set up in the lobby, we recommend booking through these outlets. That way you'll get a feel for the company and what they offer
